NEKTON-Algae-Duo is a feed supplement consisting of spirulina and chlorella. First and foremost, spirulina can have a balancing effect on the immune system and support the bird's defenses. Thanks to its valuable nutrients and vital substances, it can also strengthen weakened animals. Chlorella can also have a supportive effect on the liver and detoxify the body.
NEKTON-Algae-Duo combines the numerous advantages of spirulina and chlorella and, thanks to its natural content of many important nutrients and vital substances, represents a high-quality supplementary feed that supplies the bird with the most important substances.
Spirulina and Chlorella are real nutrient and protein bombs. Spirulina contains a very high concentration of various natural vitamins, minerals, amino and fatty acids, trace elements, antioxidants, enzymes and has a very high protein content. Hardly any natural substance is known for such a rich composition.
Spirulina is recommended for supporting feeding, especially during the breeding and moulting period.
Chlorella is one of the best known and most popular microalgae worldwide. It has a broad nutrient profile as well as a high concentration of proteins and secondary plant substances. The high nutrient density is particularly helpful for sick and weakened animals, as well as for young animals.
NEKTON-Algae-Duo is a purely natural product without synthetic additives.
Feeding recommendation
0.3 g (1/3 measuring spoon) for small birds (e.g. Budgerigars, Canaries, Zebra Finches, and Estrildid Finches)
0.5 g (1/2 measuring spoon) for medium sized birds (e.g. Cockatiels, Lovebirds, Rosellas, Lorikeets)
0.8 g (1 heaped measuring spoon) for large bird species (e.g. African Grey Parrots, Macaws, Cockatoos, Amazon Parrots)
Or: 0,5 - 1 g NEKTON-Algae-Duo with 100g food (soft food, seedlings, grains, fruit, vegetables). Feed can be slightly moistened to make the product stick better.
1 heaped measuring spoon (enclosed) corresponds to 0,8 g NEKTON-Algae-Duo.
NEKTON-Algae-Duo can be given daily as a cure for a period of up to 12 weeks or 2 to 3 times a week all year round.

Storage:
NEKTON-Agae-Duo should be stored dry, away from sunlight, between 15 °C and 25 °C.
DO NOT STORE IN THE FRIDGE!!!
Keep away from children. Use within 3 months after opening.
Recommendation:
Disinfect drinking vessels and feeding containers daily to ensure perfect feeding!
